At the end of your session you must click "LOGOUT" so the next person can use the dialer.
If you don't click "LOGOUT", the next person cannot use the dialer, and you are in REAL big trouble.

LPRO1 LOGIN INFO:

Username: lpro1      Password: 123456    
Client ID: lpro    (the "l" in lpro is a small "L")

 

 

Now you're in, now click the green "resume" button,

 

 then "OK" in the picture below:

 

 

 

 and now this screen comes up:
 

Now use your phone to dial into 1 425 880 2645 -  then enter the PIN code #, and click "stop asking" on your screen.

Click the green "resume" button and calls will start coming into your phone, don't hang up your phone.

When someone is reached who answers live on your phon,e the client data is displayed on screen, talk to the client,
when conversation is over click  "HANG UP CUSTOMER".

When you hear the sound "HONK HONK" that is someone who is now on your phone,
you should say "Hello (and whatever else your greeting is)" when you hear that sound.


Do not hang up your phone!

Click  "HANG UP CUSTOMER" on your screen when your conversation is over or if there is dead air.
"HANG UP CUSTOMER" over on the right side of your screen.

To start dialing again after a conversation or dead air you must to the following:

On the pop up window, (see below) select "DO NOT CALL" under TRASH, then click "submit", then "OK",
to start dialer back up and wait for next call to come in.

If you do not talk to someone and just get dead air, then click "Not Available" under "Recycle".
Or if you reach a home or business where you cannot talk to the person you want
click "Not Available" under "Recycle", This allows the lead to be called again on the next go around.

Basically, if you talk to someone who is not interested or if they are interested, then that leads gets trashed and will not be called again.

Dead air (nobody on the phone)  or someone not available gets recycled by marking it "Not Available" under RECYCLE.

When the "green resume button" is visible on screen, you need  to click it to start dialing, when the "red pause button" is on your screen, you are dialing.

To pause the dialing, click "pause". If you get no incoming calls after waiting a few minutes with red pause button on your screen then "LOGOUT"
hang up your phone and log back in and redial up your phone to start dialing again. If you tried logging out and re entering and you still are not dialing
call the support number: 425.827.2431 because the dialer has ran out of leads.

You end your session by clicking "LOGOUT". If you do not log out the next person cannot log in.

 

 

 

To transfer call:

1. With person on the dialer line: Click "Transfer Conf" above "Hangup Customer"

2. Put phone number you want to call into "Number to Call:" window with a one in front of the phone number.

3. Click "Dial with Customer" and when party answers then all 3 of us will be connected.

To get back to dialing and the leave the two parties connected, click "Leave 3-Way Call".
